Fire Protection | Home Safety

There’s nothing more important than the safety of our families, when it comes to this there is no compromise. At Coval Homes, we understand this, which is why your safety is our top priority. For some of our homes in specific areas where the counties require it, fire sprinkler systems are installed.

The difference in a matter of moments a sprinkler system can give you versus not having one can be huge. The images below show what a sprinkler system would look like in your home.

Utility room with white door, orange pipes, valves, and electrical panels on a wall

The fire system line in orange connected to the waterline and the Coval Homes standard tankless water heater.

White ceiling with recessed lights in a room; orange arrows highlight two ceiling fixtures.

The recessed sprinkler heads are flush with the ceiling all throughout the interior of the house making them barely noticeable.  They spring into action and pop-out when a fire is indicated.

If you have questions about safety options and requirements by the county you’re building in, please reach out to a consultant.
